In our session (afternoon) there were 2 sets of plants.

(One of them, a young advocate, told me before entering the hall,
that he was an intern on Ram Vilas Paswan's staff. RVP is a member of
the committee and was absent in the post lunch session). This fellow's
arguments were all ready all pre-scripted and he rattled them off like
a pro, and the Committee was 'haan mein haan'ing every point he made
