I would be obliged if the contact particulars of the "First Appellate Authority" of your Congress Party to decide appeals preferred in RTI could be communicated to me urgently. I had preferred an RTI request on 17.07.2013 seeking information about a particular office bearer of Congress Party which is still not replied to, and I wish to appeal this.

The RTI Act is a flagship legislation for the Congress Party and the regular and influential electors like the undersigned (who also have to spiritually guide members of their numerically significant faithful flock/s from time to time in their personal capacity) would like to reassure and satisfy themselves properly before recommending/endorsing the name of any candidate or party on issues which are deeply important to us.

I am marking a copy of this email to your NAC offices also in case any incorrect email ID was provided to me by your party office.
