[IAC#RG] Used 49 (0) For Voting

Today we completed the Assembly elections in Karnataka.

Some of us used sec 49 (o) for our voting rights - "No candidate found suitable to vote".

Though initially there was a problem as the auth did not know what to do but later the Polling incharge officer took control and marked on the sheet and got our signatures. There was no button on the EVM for the same.

Two problems - 

One - the entire crowd sitting in the room knew about it and hence no confidentiality. 

Two - The remarks written were " Refused to vote". On questioning I was told that this is what has been told to them to write. However, a report of all such votes collected will go to EC saying that "No suitable candidate found for voting"? Not sure of it though.
