Re: [HumJanenge] Re: Mr. Shailesh Gandhi

Every body knows that Mr. Roy is allergic to Shri Shailesh Gandhi, Ms. Aruna Roy Shri Shekhar Singh and others in that category.  He may consider them his competitors any may be looking for the post of IC which was offered to Mr. Gandhi.  I do not know why all of us waste our time and energy by joining the issue with Mr Roy as every body, by know, must know that he is subjective and will not buy any argument to change his attitude. For the about last one year, I desist to join issues with him so that he can carry out his tirade peacefully.

Dear Mr. Girish Mittal

Please clarify further what you propose that well meaning citizens must do to prevent anti-transparency forces from influencing the courts.

As a member of this group for 3 years , and having benefitted from Mr Sarbajit Roy's expert RTI assistance and wide knowledge in RTI matters, from time to time, we appreciate Mr Roy's dedication to providing a forum for sharing alternate, and legally sounder,  points of view on RTI and other issues of burning national importance.

The only issue for which Mr. Roy can be faulted is for his ocassional use of unparliamentary language in this forum.

Incidentally, I agree with Mr Roy's thorough analysis of various decsions by a Ld. Central Information Commissioner, and also the need to publicise such "ineptitude" in a quasi-judicial authority.

Keep it up.

I don't know what Mr. Roy is trying to prove by putting the ex-parte orders of Vipin Sanghi to this group.

These are not judgments (as Mr. Roy is trying to prove). Besides, as Mr. Gandhi's orders were challenged in DHC, Mr. Sanghi's orders, if any, are open to challenge before division bench/SC.

Just for information of Mr. Roy, there are several such cases filed by RBI/NABARD primarily against the orders of Mr. Gandhi, which are now pending in SC as RBI has filed Transfer petitions. I believe all well meaning citizens should join forces to prevent anti-transparency forces to join hands and influence our courts..

For information of Mr. Roy, an order of Deepak Sandhu has also been challenged by SBI in DHC.

I believe this group would be more meaningful if used for exchange of information, rather than used for personal tirades of one individual.

Regards.

Girish Mittal
