Re: [HumJanenge] Re: Mr. Shailesh Gandhi

Dear Girish

With respect to your point about IC DS's orders similarly being challenged.
in DHC

In 2012 the only RTI case I could find moved by SBI is titled as
"SBI versus Kishan Lal Mittal" - no surprise ;-)

Here is the order

"IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
W.P.(C) 1763/2012 and C.M. Nos. 3872-73/2012
STATE BANK OF INDIA and ANR ..... Petitioners

Through: Mr. Rakesh Dwivedi, Senior Advocate, with Mr. Sanjay Kapur,
Mr. Nikhil Danak and Ms. Vatsala Rai, Advocates.
versus
KISHAN LAL MITTAL ..... Respondent

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIPIN SANGHI
O R D E R

28.03.2012
Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 18.09.2012.

Till the next date, the operation of the impugned order shall
remain stayed insofar as it pertains to query (e).
"

Are there any adverse observations made against IC-DS here ???
NB: It is the same judge - Justice Vipin Sanghi

Although It is not clear which particular order of IC-DS is being
challenged here (your "father" habitually files so many blackmailing RTIs
against SBI and other banks) lets presume that it was in
Appeal : No. CIC/AT/A/2010/001031 and CIC order dated 10.Oct.2011.

What was point "e" therein ??

Point: e - There will be full disclosure of
information in respect of this point to the
appellant pertaining to loans that have been written
off along with copies of file notings wherein each of
these cases was examined up to the point of final
disposal.

Its not surprising that SBI will appeal this in DHC !!!

OR, was it some other matter decided by DS ??
