PROGRESSIVE MEASURES ADOPTED DURING THE TENURE AS CHAIRMAN, KARNATAKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION:
	1. Construction of the new KPSC Office building “Udyoga Soudha
	2. Scaning of application on ICR Technology platform to speed up the processing of applications in recruitments/examinations.
	3. Introduction of objective type exams in departmental and competitive examinations to simplify the process and to enhance transparency.
	4. Scanning of OMR sheets and evaluation through optical scanner to speed up the process involved in conduct of examinations and supply of carbon copy of OMR sheet to candidates to ensure transparency.
	5. Bar coding of answer scripts of conventional type to ensure secrecy and sanctity of examination.
	6. Compilation and supply of Court Judgments having a bearing on the role and functioning of Public Service Commissions to all 27 Public Service Commissions in the country and UPSC.
	7. For the first time in Karnataka introduced Biometric Attendance tracking system to ensure punctuality in attendance of its staff.
	8. Was member of the High Level Delegation under the aegis UPSC and performed Study Tour to Australia Public Service Commissions.
