My dear Gentlemen & Ladies,
I do not discredit Nitish. However,
We are citizens of secular democratic republic of India aren't we? YES/NO
We elect the government to govern ourselves by exercising our franchise aren't we? YES/NO
We do so for all of us cannot govern all of us. Am I right? YES/NO
POWER of PEOPLE is absolute & supreme! Am I right? YES?NO
In case of doubt; please read preamble of Constitution of India which reads thus.
PREFACE
Constitution is a living document, an instrument which makes the government system work.
THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA
WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a 1[SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC] and to secure to all its citizens:
JUSTICE, social, economic and political;
LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;
EQUALITY of status and of opportunity; and to promote among them all
FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the 2[unity and integrity of the Nation];
IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twentysixth day of November, 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION.
Every functionary of Legislature, Executive or Judiciary is a public servant, I.E. Servant of the PEOPLE OF INDIA. PEOPLE OF INDIA are the masters.
Nitish has been elected by People of Bihar & is servant of People of Bihar & is accountable to them & rest of the people of The Union of India. He is doing what he is expected to do. Well I do agree that scores of others do not. So, person/persons who has/have contributed this information may have done thinking it as a victory for POWER OF RTI.
However, it is not for this has not been done by Nitish in response to any RTI application by any one of us. So, why do we advertise for Nitish? Why do we do so as campaigners for Nitish's political career?
Are we losing sight of what we are & we should do? Should we not ensure all public authorities disclose imnformation covered under section 4 of RTI Act 2005.
Let us assert we are thre masters & ensure many other Nitishs disclose imnformation covered under section 4 of RTI Act 2005 so that we, The People of India hold the reins of the Hirse that is the Government all of us have elecyted to govern ourselves.
Please read the attched article
Regards to all of you & BEST WISHES FOR NEW YEAR THAT IS ALREADY OLD!
WEDS

Thanks, Mr. Ramarao for pointing to the mistake. It should be all the 30 Ministers of ther Nitish's Minsitry and not IAS officers. By now, Nitish ji has also submitted his details and all have been uploaded on a website for the infn of public. The deadline for IAS officers to submit details is 31st Jan. Again regret for the mistake.

Dear All The Britishers, our colonial masters, followed with perfection "Divide and Rule" policy in India and almost all its erstwhile colonies.The natives were granted the titles of Raja , Maharaja, Nawab, Roy saheb,Lords,Sirs depending upon the degree those brown men bent backwards.The brown sahebs have not learnt punctuality or anyworthwhile traits from their colonial masters but erstwhile Chanakyas did masters the art of "divide and Rule"tactics of their colonial masters.Look at the broad pictures in India. 70 % of the indian population lives( or starve) at Rs 20 per day.It is obvious that the successors of the Rajas , Maharajas, the nawabs, the Roy Sahebs, the Land lords and SirJees are not included in that 50 % starving crores. Mere 9 % of the Brahmins including the converted Brahmins to Islam,Sikh, Jains, Buddists, Christian( Brahmosamai included) are having the 60 % of the lands in the forms temples . trusts , mistrusts, Mutts, Akshardhams, Madarashas, masjids, Gurukuls , Gurdwaras,Church etc tc. Another 40 % of the lands is held hostaged by the Raj ka puts. Those les than 20 % of the Brahmins/ Raj ka Puts together is now trying the Chanakya cum British Policy of " divide and Rule" in Bihar. They have no love lost for either Lalu or Nitish. They want to piggy-back to the power and get the cream under their care.Propping up Nitin is just a ploy. Unfortunately a few lower castes by birth can see the evil design as they were out of education, politics etc etc for ages. The young generation is however is not ready to be befooled in the same age old game. Its time they assert themselves and get the real power of politics back to them . A vertical divide in the JDU camp, a solid defection of lower castes MLAs from all the major political parties to form a grand alliance is soon expected. A mid-term poll is evident in Bihar.
