Re: [HumJanenge] RTI to Bank

From Bangalore similar dowry case was there. Where in his wife filed
dowry case, harassment case and maintainacestating she is no more
working. The complainat filed RTI appication with the Income Tax
asking assessment orders of his wife. But it couldnot help him.

Finaly he approached me stating that his wife is working one private
company and she is drawing salary more than him and hence if he get
such salary statements he will be relieved from paying maintainace.

Then I filed complaint against that company stating that the company
is not issuing appointment orders in Form Q as per shops and
commercial establishment act. The labour inspected the said company
issued notices and saw that each of employees get appointment order in
Form Q and the same is supplied to Laobur Department.

Then the complaint made an regular application to court and obtained
the certified copy and produced to the Family court and the court
aceepted the same and relived him from paying acquaintance

This was all done without RTI.
