Dear Vaghela Sahab,
Most surprising will be that the Union Human Rights Minister
will not be effective and may NOT BE INDEPENDENT BUT have to work
under KGB SAHAB, THE CHAIRMAN NHRC, LIKE Moily sahab has been doing.
