Other Judge without taking on record Affidavit in reply " Dismissed" and judgment was containing some clarification by Chief Justice  at his own !!!!!                  This case was for Public Interest at large for towing the vehicles by Police. This is totally illegal under the Motor Vehicle Act. You go through the Provisions under Motor Vehicle Act . Such behavioral is against Public at large.!!!!!!??? God save us.
