What credibility do Sunita Narain and CSE enjoy ? I guess they are
just another fully professional lobby group representing certain
vested interests, including in transportation sector. [I recall the
BRT scam and Volvo buses].

NB: Can any update me on Sunita Narain's actual educational
qualifications (discounting all those "honorary" doctorates) to
represent as a scientist ? and why is CSE's own website evasive on
this issue ?
