In Scandinavian countries, Ministers drive their own vehicles and do not have any entourage. Except the PM or President, there are no security guards accompanying them. To begging with, they may be provided 1 or 2 guards per VIP/VVIP. Ban VVIPS from officially travelling on roads, they can travel incognito. PM/President may travel by helicopter. Various categories of security should be abolished.
