Your mail about the operation of our judiciary is absolutely correct. With what hearts they must be doing their duties, when they have not even spared the Veterans for their personal gains. God bless these judges . It clearly indicates that people have lost faith in the judicial system. which has no ethics , no responsibility , no accountability and above all no transparency
.I am once again reproducing his mail .It is just a tip of an ice berg. You all must have been reading about the sufferings of the soldiers in the hands of the Babus . They are not even sparing poor soldiers ..When they win a case from a lower court / AFT after spending their life time savings , Ministry of Defence goes for such appeals in the higher court to nullify the judgements .
There are many cases like the one our friend Mr Beniwal has quoted
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
dear sir, its about Judiciary. i know of a case which affects large number of retired defence officers. In the SC/ SLP, the standing counsel of MoD made just one line statement. immediately then petitioner was told by the junior judge - not to argue/we will not hear you. blatant misuse of authority. the SLP was dismissed WITHOUT any discussion on the contentions/regulations mentioned in the NOTICE, it had issued few months back. Case dismissed, petitioner was told by the judges to leave the court room when he pleaded to read the notice in responce to the govt. counsel statement and show the applicable/contended regulations. After few days when the order was received the petitioner was shocked to read which stated that ASG made the statement( that too false and misleading) on which the court had dismissed the case, that too without hearing the petitioner even for two minutes standing in the court room. Now the simple question arised WHERE and WHEN did the ASG made the statement, when he was NOT present in the court. Its clear that ASG had advised the judges in their chamber- to dismiss the case. Because if SLP admitted/ heard it will bring out the LIES spoken by the MoD/defence HQs for many many years. Now that collusive SC order is being cited by MoD in similar cases to deny the pension to the defence officers. Soon after both the judges got post retirement appointments. both judges acted like dictators and i suppose nothing can be done to such dictators. I think there are specific judges who are appointed to save the govt. and they do not believe in any Rule of Law ?. rgds. beniwal

In fact there had been no need to appoint such a commission as the system has all the laws in place to deal with such cases .This step might have been taken to silence the public as has been practiced since independence .In this entire episode, the protest has been mainly against the poor governance and corrupt law and order enforcement agencies.

Than no one could have dared to do such acts in the public places Since such actions are not being taken the no rape cases are on the increase .
