Thanks Mr Natarajan.   When the RTI Act, 2005 provides that one can seek information from a CPIO/SPIO and stipulated time is 30 days, then for providing information within 30 days, why charges are demanded? That was my question.   Secondly, why Ministry of Finanace funded PA says that workinmg of it is confidential and no information can be given to any body efven when it has already taken a decision on a matter.   Thirdly, if the matter involves corruption, it is the RTI applicant's personal matter and not  a matter to be replied in larger public interest.   Fourthly, cheating u/s 420 IP and criminal breach of trust u/s 49 of IPC involving a transaction of Rupees Six Crores is no offence as per our (Delhi Police Economic Offences Wing) our Sub-Inspector's Inquiry Report; so no FIR is to be registered. CVC has returned local cheque of Rs. 52 for correspondence with Director of Vigilance, Govt. of NCT in a case that was registered in July 2007 (five years ago).   3.   Some Central Information Commissioners issue orders for supply of information upto 100 pages without charges.      H.
