While having highest regard for your profession which is mentioned in bracket, I
would like to know which rules prescribe that an ordinary citizen cannot waive
his/her national flag as it would amount to disrespect? Are you the one to decide
who should and who should not? Let me cite the case of an industrialist who
obtained a favourable order from the Hon'ble Apex Court to hoist a flag at his
bunglow. To describe my love for my national pride as some party flag, exhibits
your precariously low respect for Tricolour by describing my pride as some party
flag. We have been seeing the fate of party flags hoisted in abundance prior to a
political event and after it all over the country. There are enough number of
people in the parliament, who have not succeeded in their respective practices who
have become rule and law makers who are forwarding such suggestions. About your
barb on Kiranji, let me remind you that she was the police officer attached to the
the traffic police Delhi who had charge sheeted and fined the driver of former PM
Indira Gandhi for parking vehicle in no parking area, a crime for which at Sonia
Gandhi's behest she was denied the position of Commissioner of Police, New Delhi.
About your observation that poor government officers will be rendered defenseless
if citizens are allowed to challenge the unabashed corruption, I don't know if you
have ever visited a government office to get your work done. I may (and rest of
us)please be enlightened if any pleasant surprises in your bag. Don't talk about
constitution and rules and laws. We have heard about it enough in the recent
debate where speaker after speaker was talking about laws and rules and
constitution disregarding the fact that those who send them to their posts are the
supreme and that is "WE THE PEOPLE". In fact Gandhji had abandoned the usage of
any headgear and had suggested his followers to replace the existing ones
requiring more clothes with lesser cloth consuming topis made of Khadi. However,
for your information, headgear have always remained of cultural significance and
whether it is Gandhi cap (some wrongly described it as Nehru cap and Nehru was the
biggest opportunist) or an other headgear. It is only now that people have taken
to like the Gandhi cap and some even described me as a lowly creature for donning
one as if I was a lesser creature than some one with white skin. Ignorance of law
is no blessing but ignorance about knowledge of facts is far more dangerous. Most
from your profession that I have come across are following beaten tracks and there
are some big names included. However, wouldn't it be prudent to refrain from
spreading false information?

Dear Mr. Rahul Gandhi:
In your speech today inparliamentyou said that Janlokpal bill in itself will not
remove corruption.
Thats what we are also saying. Thats why in addition to LP bill,
-- Election reforms wherein anyone who ischarge sheeted should be barred from
standing for elections
-- Revoke the Single Point Directive
-- Make CBI independent
-- Increase the number of judges 3 or five-fold as per Law Commission
recommendations of many years ago
-- Suitable amendments to Evidence Act, CrPC, CPC, etc. to balance the rights of
theaggrieved V/s the rights of the accused
-- Police reforms as per the orders of SC many years ago
--Withdrawal of the principle King Can Do No Wrong
-- Enact specific Law of Torts against the wrongs of the state and its agents
-- Etc.
Regards
Victor
