Has the maharastra Government Ammended its Rules and Stipulated this Format . If yes Ensure it is Witdrawn. If No , the act provides that RTI application can be made in whatever Form you feel is Easy However There are to be certain key Informations which should neccassarily be provided , Why then should One use the format enclosed and that too only in marathi Section 6(1) provides for other languages Also .
I once again repeat that this group of RTI activists is in existance From the MAHADHIKAR times and Unforunately New comers Discover Quite a few new things and Come on Board . Please Be considrate enough to inform what is Happening on Ground , your trails & tribulations , How the response from the pIo or FAA or MIC is , what is the pendency , what are the trends are they positive , negative or dismissive , Come up and post good orders .
When you can Write your RTI Request , what is this Free Distrubution ? Could you please Read the Few Paras in the recent Supreme court Judgement which is already circulated on board
I am aware that in Karnataka to ensure Section 4.1.b suo moto Declarations are carrioed out from every PA we even Ensured that the KIC Come out with an order reducing the further fees to 50% . Does Maharastra Have one such order . are you sure all your PAs Have declared their Suomoto Declarations and has been revised these 5 years
