Re: II Re: [HumJanenge] Mr. Rahul Gandhi - thats what we are also saYING

Dear Mr Sarabjit,

I appreciate your last thought. However, how do we convert this thought into action ?

We do it the way 40 developed countries have already successfully done it and have secured first 40 positions in least corrupt index. Implement true National E Governance Plan (NEGP) using software and telecom and not the present NEGP 2005 which is bereft of public Procurement, Projects and Operations (PPOs). Bring PPOs into NEGP 2011 and just implement by 2016, India can convert your last thought in your mail into action.  2016 is possible, India is No 1 in software and No 2 in telecom but the country needs a political will to include PPO in NEGP 2011 just like it lacks a political to introduce Jan Lok Pal like bill and has pushed Govt Lok Pal. NEGP 2005 is like Govt Lok Pal and NEGP 2011 will be like Jan Lok Pal.

I was expecting Rahul Gandhi and his young turks to say the above in the Parliament. They have insulted themselves by speaking all rubbish.
