Please do not be angry. Even I began receiving mails unsolicited. I open ignore what is  to be ignored & respond what is to be responded on my discretion. There is an option of one ignoring everything  by a delete command. I do agree almost all of the contributors of RTI for Empowerment including I are people who singly can do nothing & together can decide nothing can be done.

 

Please take it in your stride & do not be angry for, when one becomes angry , reasoning becomes blunt.
