Dear Shri M.K. Gupta,
I congratulate you for your proper perceptive of the matter unlike unwarranted comment by Mr. Sarbajit Roy. We are making all out efforts to file cohesive petition as Mr. B.R. Lall will be co-petitioner. Hence for ref writ filed in Madras HC requires for cross reference.

It is good that the Writ Petition has been filed according to the unique facts, grievances and circumstances of the Petitioner(s), it is not confidential and if Mr. Mukund Parikh wants a copy of the same for drafting another one for filing before the Bombay High Court, it should be provided. We the supporters of transprancy should not act to the contrary. I request Shri C J Karira to provide a copy of the same to Mr Parikh and the pros and cons for filing such petitin at Delhi HC should be considered..
