Have you not experienced the efficiency in the Banking System with Internet Server not in operation or the system not functioning .Overall the Bank management needs close watch and made responsible for lapses .penalised for not attending to clients with optimum efficiency .Much of the chaos created in Financial transactions rests with Banking service and influenced by dishonest vested interests.
Before introduction of Cashless society the field realities must be surveyed.
