Dear Mr Sarbajit
May I know the details- date of filing, case number, advocate representing you and opposite parties, dates on which hearings scheduled/conducted, present status etc. I have the least faith in our judiciary but still it is one option (and possibly the only legally available option for a law abiding citizen/group of citizens) to address grievances/issues.
I am also an engineer and an activist who has been interacting with judiciary/quasi judicial organisations for the last 15 years and I know how these 'holier than thou' lot treat litigants. In fact I took up an issue that began in a consumer 'court' with a complaint by me and took it up to the apex court. I got my appeal bundle after almost 6 months asking me to file it through an advocate on record or personally. I went to delhi all the way for the third time in relation to this case and in tehbargain also attended the inaugural and concluding functions of a seminar of 'Access to Justice' organised by Supreme Court Advocates on Record Assn at Vigyan Bhavan. I was disgusted enough with the things I saw and heard and gave up pursuing it but not before visiting the legal aid cell in the court premises and hearing a friendly advocate who was 'sympathetic' to my cause anyway! Incidentally, I had gone twice to delhi in connection with the case- once to convince the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to accept my appeal and send notices to the opposite parties and again for another hearing!May I know the details- date of filing, case number, advocate representing you and opposite parties, dates on which hearings scheduled/conducted, present status etc. I have the least faith in our judiciary but still it is one option (and possibly the only legally available option for a law abiding citizen/group of citizens) to address grievances/issues.

Dear Sanjeev
I am also an engineer. Unlike you I have been filing / arranging PILs in SC since last 30 years without any need for advocate.
In fact filing a PIL in SC and getting relief is so ridiculously simple that even my 3 year old son could file a PIL there, get it listed and argue it personally to get his relief in first hearing which benefited so many people and children in India and stopped a massive BJP scam. The Court was so pleased that they even dubbed my minor son "Ld. Counsel" in their orders for his efforts.
Therefore it is very unlikely that you are more expert in social reform than we are. I was not appointed as National Convenor of IAC for my pleasant personality

Dear Mr XYZ,I have gone through few trail mails. Each & every citizen of India suggesting Reforms & reforms & giving suggestions for improvement...It is a bloody shit on the part of us.We [Sanjeev Gupta (Engineer) and Neeraj Saxena (Advocate)] have studied the working of Election Commission of India. Since last more than 1 year we have worked on it & found every thing is manipulated. We have filed a WRIT PETITION with Hon'ble Supreme Court for the Fundamental Rights of all 121 Crore citizens of India for Right to Expression & Right to Information. The same has been accepted by the SC & shortly you will get the more details on media & every where. Please don't work on reforms or if you wish to continue don't send us the mail because we might have much better expertise for the same.Warm RegardsSanjeev Gupta09311207547Delhi
