[IAC#RG] Corruption in recruitment of Assistant Professor at Jiwaji University

Please suggest me to whom I can contact regarding the Corruption in recruitment of Assistant Professor at Jiwaji University

Fact: there is more than 200 candidates that had applied for the post of asst professor. to short list the candidates Vise Chancellor has organised a screening test. and the question paper was set by the two professors of the same department, contains 50 question each. professors leaked question to near and dear ones who is working in the same department. and candidates got 94, 92 and 88 out of 100.
