Dear Sir,

Today received a letter from  RPO Ghaziabad showing that paper was incomplete Please consider following facts -
1) On 12/04/2012 after completing the form 4 application were deposited in district passport office of Agra - which were than processed in Agra itself by District authorities after completing all formalities

2) almost after 4 months two application were returned with the note that these need to be deposited directly to the New passport office - on asking what about other 2 they told me that because these were of senior citizen and can be taken  from this office and all papers are ready so you will get the passport early.

3) Out of these two My husband received the passport almost after 6 months, so I was sure that i will also get the passport in due course of time.

4) RPO also asked me to visit Ghaziabad which I did but there interest were different so I returned.

5) Started sending reminder after sending so many reminder the answer is this letter

My question is - 

1) If form was not complete in respect to Police information than why this form was send from DPO Agra to Ghaziabad
2) If it was not complete why it was received at Ghaziabad office
3) When form was not complete why Mr. RPO was insisting me to visit his office.

My request is that please look into the matter and try to find who was at fault - Agra office - Passport office Ghaziabad - which caused me great inconvenience and I request also to take appropriate action against them.
They have no consideration for Senior citizen. If this would have informed in time we could have submitted through the new procedure.

Please take appropriate action and oblige.

It is something like telling you are pressurizing so I am returning the file because it is closed is not accepted as on the same day 4 application was filled by my family, apart from many in Agra district Passport office. 
Two files of my grand children were returned with this plea in two months time, and two file were kept with  plea that these will be done from your esteemed office.
1) Why only two files returned after two month all four could have been returned?
2) Out of two files which were kept - file were complete in all aspect as all processing done by Agra Passport officer with all verification than only sent to your office - One file was processed and Passport was dispatched although late by 6 month.
3) Now after so many reminders and intervention by many you are saying that this file was also closed - if it was closed why was not informed on first email from your side.
4) If NIC was closed before why one Passport of my family and many other from same office was issued of the same date - this can be verified by your own records -

5) Why should she asked to come and meet personally 6 months back and in one of your mail two months back?

I understand the matter but not ready to giveaway my principles. 
In the light of above facts do consider again your decision of sending the file back to me, and do the needful. I consider this as penalty to the truthful citizen of this Country.

It is to inform that applicant's file was closed due to closure of old NIC SYSTEM AND INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS. Closing letter of file is being dispatched today to the applicant. So that applicant can apply for passport in new online system with the closing letter of old file.
