Dear Col Khera
It was not my suggestion. The views of the author are entirely his own.
I merely forwarded the article to this list when I came across it.
As far as I am concerned, almost the entire babudom and judiciary have
been completely and absolutely corrupted. The armed forces are almost
in the same boat. I am reading with considerable amusement certain
observations being made by veteran list members and their strategies
to counter corruption.and the "leaders" (and imaginary combinations of
these leaders) who will clean up the system. It is sickening to see
some of the most corrupt and undemocratic persons being held up as
shining examples for us to "follow".
If IESM want to be a part of the process, they should critically study
history of Maj. Gen Shabeg Singh and decide their own life paths.
