Dear Mr Bhargava,

I am given to understand from the website of the CSDS that your organisation is "largely financed by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) or suchlike (a body under the Union of India). Therefore, CSDS is a public authority under Right to Information Act 2005.

CSDS has however, not complied with mandatory provisions of RTI Act including appointing a Central Public Information Officer. Kindly do so immediately and inform me his/her details.

I am interested in applying to know and inspect certain details of your institute's computer resources which were used to hack into a mailing list of the "India Against Corruption" collective. Kindly see https://lists.riseup.net/www/info/indiaagainstcorruption.

Please do so immediately otherwise this matter will be referred to the police. Also do not destroy or tamper with any of the information I am applying for.
