NO. thats the problem. video/audio recording not yet allowed in Indian courts. i heard some time back Delhi court has punished a petitioner/visitor for recording the proceedings on his mobile. i understand so far only video hearing between jail to court being done in very special cases. my appeal to authorities is that if the international court at The Haque can have live court proceedings seen on BBC live then why not proceeding be done/seen out side court on big screen, particularly the supreme court. because for ordinary petitioner( not govt./company) or petitioner in person who reached to SC by paying heavy fee to advocates, there is no place to go for justice, if the SC judgement was given due to extraneous reasons/not as per the law/regulations. lower courts error can be corrected by the higher courts but not the SC error. let every body see how SC delivers/arrived at the judgement. --- On Wed, 29/8/12, M.K.
