Re: [HumJanenge] How to stop Benami Transactions which is the main source of use of black money.

Most of the Advocates does not even know that the non-implementation
status of the Benami Transaction (Prohibition) Act 1988. But people
like me has been pesting at various forums in cases the vested
interest not implementing the provisions of Act. They project various
objections. Most probably when fed up with persuation of people like
me the govt has now decided to amend the existing Benemi Transaction
(Prohibition) Act 1988. Obviously it will be to protect the vested
interest and not the aggrieved cityzens. If anyone is interested they
should oppose the amendments including highlighting the intention of
such amendments.
