RE: [HumJanenge] Blast at Delhi High Court

Dear DG,

Our corrupt politicians and bureaucrats have no time to think about terrorist and their activities. Out of 24 hrs at their disposal,
they have to spend major time for their main activity to amass as much money as powssible through corrupt practices and stash
this in foreign banks. We can also achieve less than 5% poverty and less than 3% unemployment like China if our politicians become
China's leaders. Poor India has no option but to look towards GOD.

Dear All,As per my opinion, this attack may be from the congress party, to gain attention to the bomb blast, instead of the public concentrating the attention on the Lokpal BIll or on the corrupted congress butt. (this is the only best appropriate word). Also, I think, installing the CCTV will be great, but with the audio recording facilities will be the best. And with the videos in RTI circle, we will be able to understand why there are so many cases pending in the courts.I am in for any such movement for fitting the cameras in police station, talathi's offices and courts starting from the district's courts.Regards,Hemant Kshirsagar

Dear Sarbajit Roy ji,

In my humble opinioeen, CCTV recording inside and outside of courts ,hospitals, important public bldgs should be started-----no need of entirely useless/irrelevent sketches of terrorists.

In US, since 1961 , recording of  court proceeding is in vogue. In our parliament , every word is transcripted. So it should be right time to initiate movement for installing CCTV outside&inside of courts (if judiciary agrees which is most unlikely).

I fully endorse Sarabjeet's views and submissions. I myself escaped death by
a whisker because I was within a few centimetres of the spot just 4 minutes
before the blast.

On 25th July, I had sent a letter to the chief justice highlighting how the
process of issuing passes is a threat to the security and is meaningless. No
reply was ever received. Perhaps I and Sarabjeet could join in a PIL on this
issue which should be filed tomorrow if not today. Let us ensure that this
gets heard on Friday rather than wait for the next Wednesday.

Dear FriendsI was within the Delhi High Court at 10:14 AM when  powerful blastshook the building, resulting in hundreds of people being affected. Infact I was standing at the very spot where the blast took place atabout 9:45 AM.The blame for this incident lies squarely at the door of the ChiefJustice of Delhi High Court. I had filed RTIs recently to the Courthighlighting the problems litigants like me faced to enter the courtand make passes strongly emphasising the "threat to life and limb" oflitigants by the encroachment on the pavements by the advocates andcourt . Recent security measures introduced by the Registrar/DHC likeinsisting on photo-ID and making applicants for gate passes sign intheir presence have increased the queques. Only 3 functioning countersto issue passes, senior advocates parking their BMWs on the footpathwhere the passes are issued. In the SC the pass section is inside thecontrolled area and they have about 15 functioning counters. And soon.Sarbajit
