Dear Shri Gupta
Have you ever met Mr Sarabjit ? He is really a humble and saintly person and does not care to become member of any Commission or public servant. If Sarabjit is asking why the DOPT did not make "him" member of drafting Commission it is because he then becomes "affected person" entited to know "reasons" under point 4(1)(d) of Right to Information Act, and then to get locus to challenge LPB in courts.
Being saintly personality, Mr Sarabjit can mobilise too many well armed persons than all your Babas, Swamys and Annas to tackle corruption and corrupt people.
Love
Raminder
