In one of my case,I sought the information from one of the PIO.
First of all he did not provide the information within 30 days.
So, I lodged the complaint with SIC
SIC abmitted my case.
And later on the SIC of Arunachal Pradesh has asked the PIO to
compensate the expenses incurred by me in attending the hearing for
four sonsective times wherein PIO failed to attend the same. The fine
was not imposed for not givimg the documents on time.
Now the PIO has filed the case against the SIC and the appellant with
the following contentions that :-
1.Why the appellant has directly gone to SIC and why not appealed with
the fisrt appeallete authority as per the section(19) (1) of the Act.
2.The PIO further states that the Act is easily available in the Assam
Frontier Act,1945,so no penalty should have been imposed upon him for
not providing the infomation.
Is it necessary to response the Notice of th Hon'ble High Court
