You have not read Mr Venugopal's message clearly. It is directly connected to RTI and RTI issues, which is why I replied. To refresh your memory, Mr Venu said as follows:-
"Every man has a right to ... express opinion .. ". This, as Mr Habibullah would agree, clearly makes it an RTI issue.
Mr Venu also commented on this group's purpose thus
"this group is a place for mail gymnasium .. ". It was thus required to clarify this observation by one of our members.
