PEASKY CALLS AND SMS' -  NEED TO FILE RTI TO TRAI   Telecom Regulatory Authority has for the second time extended the date to stop peasky call to end of February.  One does not know whether this is the final extension or some more will come after that.  Subscribers are put to great inconvenience due to unsolicited calls and SMS'.    2.       The member of this Forum should file RTI application soliciting, interalia, following information:   a)     Copies of earlier orders to the Mobile Operators. B). Copies of representations made by the operators requesting to extend the date.  File notings on the decision to extend the deadlines twice.   Only such action can eliminate chances of further extension as TRAI seems to the over accommodative to mobile operators.
