[HumJanenge] Govt trashes public comments on new RTI rules

dear mr. sarbajit and other friends on rti listservs

A few queries;-

+ by when do you expect to receive the certified copy ?

+ what are the reasons for DoPT not to consider
the hundreds of comments submitted to them by
members of the public on new RTI rules?

+ kindly explain your claim that only congress party
activists comments will be considered for RTI rules.
Which govt website is this policy accessible on ?
I have searched DOPT website fully for this.

please email yr latest cell number, we want to do a

For instance I can propose 2 issues which all persons on this group can ponder on.

1) Govt. has informed me (unofficially as of now) that only responses from Congress party activists will be considered as public consultation for policy framing issues like RTI Rule amendments, and that this is the official policy of UPA-2 government which is published on govt websites. I am awaiting a certified copy of this policy to be given to me in RTI so I can move the Supreme Court in contempt jurisdiction.
