I think then the only alternative option is to take the legal route.

ICICI Bank does not come under the purview of RTI Act. The information can be taken from the RBI if such information has been suppled to it but RBI will not asked for any specific information from ICICI. I remembers that (subject to my memory) there is such a decision of the CIC also and that has been conveyed to my by the RBI refusing that it will not ask for the infn from the ICICI Bank. If u need more infn. i shall look into my old files.

Subject: [HumJanenge] RTI to Bank
Is it possible to get information regarding a loan from ICICI Bank using RTI? This information is needed for a legal matter and would help the investigation. I had filed the RTI with ICICI Bank, but I think since private banks don't fall under this ambit they didn't reply (even though this information was regarding a legal matter and case details and copy was shared with them). Will filing the RTI with RBI help? Could it possibly direct ICICI Bank to share the information requested?
Any help, or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
