[IAC#RG] Arvind Kejriwal goes KCR way

Dear IAC-ians

Under new (hopefully temporary) management of this mailing list its pleasant to see the members behaving in such a civiliised and courteous way with each other.

There has been considerable off-list discussion with senior members of this list, including the retired public servants and IESMs. The general consensus from their side is that although Mr. Modi and Mr. Amit Shah etc are men of high principles and absolutely honest selfless people committed to developing India the real problem is with the IAS babus and other government officers who are getting in the way, raising obstacles, and causing image related problems for Mr. Modi. From our side the consensus is that Mr.Narendra Modi and Mr.Amit Shah are mafia goons operating at the directions of foreign powers, international hot money speculators, drug and crime cartels and they have deliberately triggered a series of disruptive events throughout the course of their 6 year "rule" so as to destroy the economy and strip the wealth of ordinary people so as to reduce the common people into slaves for international moneybags. Under this dynamic duo all supposedly independent institutions meant to ensure democracy have been systematically subverted, mainly by packing it with biased and pliable persons of weak moral character who are blackmailed by them via Ajit Doval.

Anyway, enough of Mr. Modi's corruptions, and lets examine what that other arch-rogue Arvind Kejriwal has been up to.

After Telangana's CM K Chandrashekhar Rao decided to manipulate its COVID-19 numbers to show that they are in green zone, its apparently now the turn of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to do so.

Under great pressure from his bania votebanks and moneybanks, Arvind is desperate to reopen Delhi at any cost so that the money for his government keeps flowing in. To this end he has deployed his Pan-IIT alumni Sanjeev Khirwar IAS as nodal officer for Delhi. This perverse officer is running the AAP's blackmarketing mafia parallel Government in Delhi to the extent that each and every function of Government has been handed over to Aam Aadmi Party workers who are being paid exorbitant salaries on contract basis (at least on paper). Everything from masks to sanitisers to emergency rations to curfew movement passes to Lockdown cash transfers to home delivered alcohol s being sold through this parallel AAP mafia government with up to 1,000% markups by misusing the service delivery platform controlled by AAP.

It is important to remind IAC-ians that this Sanjeev Khirwar is the same IAS officer who as Principal Secretary Health/GNCTD  had executed the SCAM to project that between 2015 and 2018 Dengue had come down in Delhi by 80% under Kejriwal, whereas in this period the number of Dengue cases had actually increased by 106% as per documents I got under the National Vector Disease Control Mission. By this reasoning and extension of numbers, Khirwar (and his Godfather Vinay Dev Sharma) has under-reported the COVID-19 numbers for Delhi by at least 10 times. They are both so shameless that they had the gall to declare that there were ZERO COVID-19 cases on 9 May 2020 in Delhi (after newspapers like The Hindu and the Indian Express exposed them for under-reporting). As our member Shri Ravi Kapoor has mentioned, even the Director General of Health Services of Delhi, one Dr. Nutan Mundeja, is being regularly threatened to approve whatever the IAS looters want done.

From reports reaching us Sanjeev Khirwar IAS is also the alleged mastermind behind another SCAM for his CM. When Khirwar was Principal Secretary Heath, The AAP Health Minister (Satyendra Jain) ordered over 5 million fake/counterfeit copies of 3M type N95 masks from a Maharashtra based supplier at exorbitant prices, and after the staff protested (orally) that these masks and its certificates were found to be somewhat dubious, Jain and Kejriwal saw that these 5 million N95 masks were conveniently  supposedly distributed free of charge to students of Delhi for air pollution with a big pre-election PR push. IAC conducted a survey and not a single student said they had got a free mask, let alone a N95 mask. The moment COVID started these same masks started being sold / blackmarketed by AAP mafia, the whole of Amazon is littered with complaints about these very poor quality masks.
