Good Day my dear Friends.
Yesterday I came to know from the Z News that Former BSF ADG PK MISHRA has stated :- criminals and touts on both sides of the India-Bangladesh border have links with some security personnel, border guards, local political leaders and administrative agencies.
He also suggests that we should also allow our ex-service members to be given cultivable land available in the border areas so that they will be our eyes and ears an...d forewarn the security agencies,"
Here I want to bring the noted points before you ;- principally he has accepted that BSF,POLITICIANS AND BUREAUCRATS are in the nexus for illegal migrants from Bangladesh .
The BSF works under Home Ministry and their prime duty is to patrol along the border area which they have neglected.
And now the former ADG BSF suggests that ex-servicemen to be settled over the border area in lieu of a small patch of agricultural land as if ex-servicemen do not have their families, old parents, brothers , sisters and human rights !!!!
I laugh on this................................What nonsense idea................ Who will do mistake and who will take punishment ???
My suggestion:- Let first find out who all are the culprits involved in such DESHDROHA activities. Let such POLITICIANS/BURAEUCRATS be inside the Red Fort under RI and put ice Bar behind them and take out the truth.
Let their family be settled over the border area under the sharp look out and command of the great INDIAN ARMY.
The link is below :- and requested to give your wise suggestions.

P P M ASHRAFThis has reference to the 2014 judgment by Hon SC regarding shifting of responsibility to courts for decision by bureaucrats .In this regard I invite attention to the articles in the constitution where Hon President of India takes oath to protect preserve and defend constitution and law and consequences of breach is severe ie impeachment .This oath is equally applicable to the subordinates of the Hon President as well as subordinates of Hon governors. But the the subordinates more often violate the law and constitution while framing rules and regulation or executive instruction and for breach of constitution and law they are not made accountable. There are thousands of judgments by Hon SC that constitution and law is vilolated but bureaucrats still frame rules regulations instructions etc not only violating law but also violating fundamental rightsI have submitted a petition to Hon President HonCVC and Hon CM Kerala to administer similar oath to all departmental heads to protect preserve and defend constitution and law and in case of breach to suffer a deterrent punishment Now the bureaucracy is making rules and regulation as well as law in casual manner and sending citizens to courts thereby wasting precious time of courts as well as public monet.
