To all my sweet dear friends, surprisingly we the practioners,the research scholars( System's approach to CT/Extremism,included) and most concerned about varied aspects of Internal Security seem so worthless that a few armchair critiques/philosophers have acquired centre stage of discourse on specialist areas,and have thought it fit to make definitve(provocative) pronouncements,possibly to keep themselves in public gaze. So be that. But,I wish to humbly add that in the corridors of power today not the least cognizance is given to such wayward/wholly worthless(does it bite?) stray soundbites. Realising the multi-dimensionality/complexity of the varied issues involved,multiple stakeholders are assigned tasks,and co-ordination done at very high level to make things go virtually fool-proof. The long pending matters are going to take some time,but with "devil's advocate"working as integral part of the system, chance of progress seem to be better. Any way who are we to prevent people from enjoying their elixir of "Pessimism/Criticism"? Aren't we a free nation? Let's get back after 6 months(not an unreasonable time frame) to evaluate our positions. Wouldn't have much time for this tread,as it was wasteful ab-initio.spm
