sir, judiciary must be reformed on the basis of the foundation of democracy. judges also can not be above the law.
please advise - whats the status of a SC order which is solely based on the statement said to be made by ASG, who in fact was not personally present in the court during the hearing. is it not a collusive order ? judge bhandari and M sharma (both retired) had refused to hear the petitioner standing in court, after a govt. counsel (not ASG) made the one line statement.
RP was also dismissed by same dishonest judges.
This order is depriving large number of defence officers of their right to pension.
