This seems to be practically impossible !
The SIC needs to send a "Notice of Hearing" to the appellant/respondents and provide adequate
time/notice for the hearing.
If the Notice itself takes about 5 days to reach the appellant/respondent and the notice period
is 15 days....the total itself comes to 20 days ! And that is assuming that SIC takes ZERO (0) days to read the appeal/complaint and prepare notices of hearing.
Whom are we trying to fool ?
This is some cheap publicity stunt.
