[IAC#RG] RTI 2nd appeal hearing within 15 days : Position is not for SIC as a whole

The pendency position reported in media is not for SIC as a whole. It relates only Mumbai HQ Bench where Ratnakar Gaikward takes appeal hearings. The other Bench which does not have any Commissioner to take appeal hearings has pendency position of  nearly two years. Worst case is PUNE Bench which has over 5000 2nd Appeals pendening.
