Its true that majority of people are not aware of the source of fund ,and many educated are not aware of the racket involved in it ,the public representative changes and so the granite, just the granite with golden words changes on the same old toilet with some what face lift
No additional expenditure not even a tube well for water

They make their name immortal for generations to come by having a beautiful plaque in granite with golden letters. If they were to use their own money for these projects then there is little to object.
