[HumJanenge] CIC Registry fails to issue CIC orders to CPIO

Here is an interesting twist in the matter of Subash CHandra Agarwal V/s CPIO, Ministry of Urban Development.

Quote -

"It appears, by mistake, the Registry had not forwarded a copy of our order to the CPIO of that Ministry. Therefore, although the Appellant turned up during the hearing, nobody appeared on behalf of the said Ministry."
