Alright Shashikuar, a welcome decision. IC has done his duty. Have any of us analysed eligibility of Thangaraju & Pujar under section 15(5) of RTI Act 2005 to hold positions of ICs? If that engineer seeks High Court intervention the decision will be quashed. These victories are just as applying  jaggery to ones elbow, neither one can  have it nor deny that one is not given it.

 

It is a paradox. All of us are pennywise & pound foolish

I  Sought information pertaining to Section 4(1) a & b of Executive engineer last year ,  The commission held two hearings but respondent neither present nor provided any information and fails to reply to show cause notice also , Sri. MR Pujar imposed penalty of Rs. 10,000/- on  the Executive Engineer on 17/2/12
