Dear Guptaji

You will be pleased to know that Bhaskar has emailed me to clarify
that both Mr. A (ie RTI blackmailer) and Mr.B (ie pubic authority)
should be prosecuted "parallelly". I now cannot dispute the equity in
his position and agree with him that all RTI stakeholders must serve /
strive for this noble ideal.
