These are listed ones. The unliste from the grassroot level  i.e from the Panchayats, muniplities, town councils, corporations, police, & every functionary of State as defined in article 12 of Indian constitution the  list would be exponentially long.

 

This is because our constitution lacks any penalty for any Constitutional functionary.  Anna Hazare cannot even scratch an ice cream ball not because his intentions are not good, but because,

 

EK HI ULLU KAAFI THA BARBAAD GULISTAAN KARNE KO; MAGAR IDHAR HAR SHHAK PER ULLU BHAITHA HAI !!!!
