RE: [HumJanenge] START OF MANDATORY PERIOD FOR RTI APPLN OR FIRST APPEAL

Dear Mr. Anand,

RTI is being killed by Chief Information Commissioner at the CIC and his colleagues like Central Information Commissioner Mr. Shailesh Gandhi and
others. Second and final appeal takes years together and when heard and decided the Respondents (like Delhi Development Authority)just do not
obey the orders/decision of the CIC. Since SG is always hesitant to impose penalty, why the respondent should care for CIC orders?
My second appeal is pending for the last one year. And the decided appeal was heard on 30.03.2009. Mr. Satyanand is not ready to reply when it would be heard.

Aty political level, Cheif Minister of Derlhi is openly sheltering and patronising the corrupt and is bent upon killing the RTI Act, 2005.

Shall appreciate for some solution.

Sincerely,
