Dear Mr. Rahul Gandhi: In your speech today in parliament you said that Janlokpal bill in itself will not remove corruption. Thats what we are also saying.  Thats why in addition to LP bill, -- Election reforms wherein anyone who is charge sheeted should be barred from standing for elections -- Revoke the Single Point Directive -- Make CBI independent -- Increase the number of judges 3 or five-fold as per Law Commission recommendations of many years ago -- Suitable amendments to Evidence Act, CrPC, CPC, etc. to balance the rights of the aggrieved V/s the rights of the accused -- Police reforms as per the orders of SC many years ago --Withdrawal of the principle King Can Do No Wrong -- Enact specific Law of Torts against the wrongs of the state and its agents -- Etc.
