Friends:   Pradip Baijal, TRAI and Multicolor Digital Corruption in BSNL Nagpur   Pradip Baijal (IAS) was TRAI chief when I wrote him about Multicolor Digital Corruption in BSNL Nagpur as per directives in force.   Multicolor Digital Corruption in BSNL: ·         Landline Telephone on Bribe only (26 bribe transactions reported) ·         Illegal calls from Exchange ·         Illegal Telephone connections ·         Illegal exchanges ·         Heavy corruption in cable laying ·         Vigilance scam in BSNL Nagpur ·         Cheating with Ministry of Public Grievances ·         Illegal sale of free telephone directory for evening booze ·         Manipulations of telephone calls to adjust illegal business ·         Manipulations of complaints ·         Manipulations Internet connectivity ·         Making phone dead of non bribe payers ·         Abusing customers and their families and the list is endless   TRAI has merely forwarded the complaint to BSNL. This IAS Baijal never responded to reminders. Later when RTI was invoked – TRAI informed that – corruption complaint was merely forwarded to BSNL. And then provided award to Kuldeep Goel for protecting corrupt and corruption complaints. Sir, Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the email dated 24-04-2003 received from Shri Avinash Murkute, Nagpur regarding Multicolor Digital Corruption in BSNL Nagpur for necessary action.
