[IAC#RG] Chaos is necessary to the birth of a news star

Comrades,

The HRA manifesto began with Nietzche's phrase Chaos is necessary to the birth of a new star, which was also incorporated into IAC's 2013 manifesto, with the approval of all those present here today, in the section for surgical strikes against Hindustan's enemies,

In the past 7 years the times for homeopathic remedies have come and gone, as has also those for allopathic remedies described in our manifesto.

We believe the time is now ripe for 'surgical strikes' so that HRA's revolutionary new star HINDUSTAN can shine brightly on the global firmament after her enemy's bones have been ground to dust and their flesh fed to the carrion crows.

Accordingly, IAC members must start preparing the lists of HRA's enemies so that corruption can be surgically eliminated without mercy wherever or whenever they are found.
