[IAC#RG] Complaint - Dubious educational qualifications of GOPAL MOHAN your anti-corruption advisor

This is my 3rd and final email to you on the following issues directly linked to the question of your personal honesty/integrity and your capacity to run an honest Government.

1) Kindly obtain and disclose to me IMMEDIATELY the educational qualifications of Mr. Gopal Mohan your anti-corruption advisor, since all the information obtained by me indicates he is evidently an impersonator / fraud who is deceiving the world that he is an  electronics engineer degree holder from IIT Delhi and/or a Ph.D from IIT Delhi.

2) Kindly disclose to me the reasons why you nominated Ms. Swati Maliwal as Chairperson of Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) .

3) Kindly disclose why Chairperson DCW Ms. Swati Maliwal after leveling allegations, during a public press conference of DCW along with the other members appointed along with her, imputing inter-alia that Dr. Harsh Vardhan (".. Our investigation has indicated the involvement of a Union minister and a Delhi leader of a leading national party in the illegal flesh trade in GB Road brothels .." ) is involved in running brothels at GB Road is now silent on this issue, and if this alarming information with DCW has been reported to the special police officer for Delhi appointed under The Suppression Of Immoral Traffic In Women And Girls Act for proper investigation under the law of the land.

NB: It is exactly 2 months since Ms. Maliwal had promised to reveal these details "soon".

I refer to my email complaint dt. 05.11.2016 subject "CORRUPTION COMPLAINT : Vigilance Department of GNCTD"

I am REMINDING you to publicly clarify the educational qualifications of your anti-Corruption Advisor Mr.Gopal Mohan who is publicly impersonating as IIT Delhi degree holder, PhD from IIT Delhi and what not.

I am caused to remind you to honour your protestations to transparency because Mr. Gopal Mohan has repeatedly misused your personal office to access sting records from the 1031 anti-corruption helpline.

I am highly aggrieved that 9 complaints I lodged to 1031 were not inquired into, apparently because Shri Gopal Mohan entered into "settings" with the offenders and not a single person was investigated.
